This 240-unit apartment complex completed with HUD financing is at the northeast corner of the Sparks Marina. Sierra Builders of Nevada teamed up with Sundt Construction to put this project together. Sierra Builders of Nevada completed all doors and finish work involved and close pre-construction coordination with Sundt Construction insured a successful project.
